| Still interested in some ideas. Ok, about me! Im 6'1" 189 pounds Rough guess about 12% body fat, can post some pics, if interested None the less, im thinking about taking a cycle. My diet is very good, been getting just about 2 times my weight in protein. Im kinda torn right now, as i wanna gain weight, with a goal being about 200 pounds, but also wanna have it be lean weight, with a real nice cut look! i know gaining weight and keeping body fat is trickey, so thats gonna be a challenge. I do need more cardio, but i have been working on it alot, and shouldnt be an issue to keep pumping it. Oh as for my lifting history, im 23 years old and have been lifting pretty solid since i was 15. Feel i got a good base, and now that im getting a little older, im even now balooning up more. any ideas on good sold lean gains. i know the gear doesnt make too much a differance, compaired to my diet and workouts. So somthing somewhat mild on sideaffects and harmfullness would be best Thanks |

| Rank: Member Experience: 2-3 Years | You have been lifting solid for 8 years and your only 189lbs at 6'1"? I dont think those years were very solid, more of spinning your wheels as most would call it. Most people here are going to tell you that you arent ready. Your not at your body's full potential, actually far from it. |
