I see the cycles for some orals like winstrol and anavar and see what the individual pills come in - whats the best way to dose?

Example - a common cycle would be 40mg/day of anavar and they come in 10mg tabs. Do you take all 4 at the same time? Half in the morning, half at night?

I would assume break up the dosages for highest absorbtion

When running orals only which isnt the best thing to do, its best to split up the dose thoughtout the day. Orals have a very fast half life. Take atleast 2 times per day.

What are you running by the way??

i ususally take 'em all first thing in the AM... its just easier for me to remember if i took them or not that way and i haven't really noticed any difference in gains/sides between doing it that way vs breaking it up over the day
