So what would happen if a person injects into a vein ?

Ive read you get a bad coughing fit as ur lungs try to expell the oil immidietly after it happens.

I don't think it's to serious, since every test shot I get at the Docs office Not once has anybody aspirated first

I noticed that too. They just poke-push, instead of poke-pull-push.

The reason they don't bother to aspirate is one that they know the proper sites and that there isn't many veins or nerves in those sites and two it is really hard to poke a vein when you go in at 90 degrees; they tend to just roll aside. If you were to increase the pressure in the vein (with a tourniqet or something) like they do when they take blood it would be a different story.
