| hi guys me again so after putting on some mass I'm going to cut so I will be using clen for 2weeks on 2 off 2 on and winstrol at 40mg/day for 6 weeks good diet and 6 times a week cardio what can I expect? Is it possible to loose 4% fat currently @16% thnx for the intell |

| Your using Winstrol tabs or injections? The clen should help to cut you up nicely, just start low and work your way up, the sides can be harsh so keep an eye on your blood pressure, and (personally) I found it to make me paranoid but thats just me. Its hard to say what to expect as far as bodyfat loss goes, but if your diet and training are in order I would bet on anywhere from 2 - 4lbs a week. The best part about clen is it can actualy help with strength gains, so if you do it right you shouldnt lose much muscle. Oh, also run some benydril (sp?) between the 2 week cycles of clen to clean your receptors. |

Gender: | Sides of clen can be nasty yea!!! cramps will wake you in the night - happend to me and felt like my leg was going to snap off!! But i increased my potasium and electrolites and didnt happen again. Make sure you also take a Arganine supp as it lowers your 'T' levels in the liver! and keep well hydrated!!!! Start off slow/low and increase per day... but when your at 8-10 tabs a day then take only every 2 days as this is its half life time. I did a 2 week cycle with lots of cardio and dropped my carbs - managed to loose 14lbs!! Its ace stuff if you get it all right!!! - also when the thermogenic effects start to wear off then stopp taking it cos its no longer doing its job! |

| Diet is the key! Clen is garbage. It has too many side effects to mess with. It destrous your heart. I would run the winny and some t-3. T-3 is not for the beginner, but if followed up right no worries. Do your research before using t-3. Clen is not anabolic by any means, unless you take enough to kill you. Stay away from clen, but to each his own. |

| hahaha yeah, clen is bad use t-3 ... are you out of your mind. The last thing you should be doing is fucking with your thyroid, especially if you dont know enough to use clen correctly. |

| at 16% bf, you need to get your diet in check first. there's no reason to need clen, t3, winnie or anthing else to get that down a few % points. sounds like you're looking for a shortcut instead of doing what needs to be done: get some discipline about what goes down the hatch. |

| Rank: New Member Experience: 3-5 Years | I find trembelone, nandralone, and clen to be one of the best cutting cycles. I do agree clen can be dangerous it gives me the tremors and cramps. but if you start off slow and work your way up to 300 or 400 mg/wk you get used to it. just be carefull and don't take more than you can handle. listen to what your body is telling you. |
