Default D-Bol Cycle

I just got an order of D-Bol. I was wondering how I should take it. The guy I know said that it's really up to the person; for example I could take 3 pills a day for 5 days a week. Or I could do 3 pills a week everyday. Which is more effective. And do I take them all at once, or at different times in the day? Any advice would greatly be appreciated. Thanks.

Well I see alot of problems with this situation. First off....a D-bol only cycle? D-bol is an oral, how long are you planing on running this for? what are you doing for post cyle therapy? where is your liver protection? Have you had a blood test recently to make sure your body is ready to go on a cycle? how long have you been training?

I have been working out consistently for over 6 months. I am in great shape, very tone and athletic, but I was looking for something to put weight on quickly and to get stronger at the same time. One of my good buddies suggested D-Bol because he took it for 6 weeks and had great results with very few negative side effects. Do you suggest I take D-Bol with something else? I am not too familiar with D-Bol and I don't plan on taking it until I research it more, but my friend took a cycle a lone and had reported mainly good news.

I would never take just D-bol alone, for a first cycle you could get away with just test and deca (maybe even just test), but honestly just over 6 months training? Why not try and take gear after youve reached your natural potential. Rember something about your freind.....side effects arent always visable to eye, also keep in mind just because he got away with no sides doesnt mean that you will too, before you even touch a steroid make sure you have ALL of your post cycle theraphy stuff and the whole cycle planned out. Sound to me like you need to do ALOT more research, especially since your basically still fresh to the whole workingout thing. Right now I would focus on staying natural and getting my training and diet down to a point. save the gear

Sounds good. When I do take them further down the road, does it matter if you take them all at once, or should you spread taking the pills out? And
what types of things are involved in the "post cycle therapy" that you mentioned?

How old are you? If you dont know what pct is, you havent done any research yet. You arent ready for steriods, and a Dbol only cycle is a very bad idea. Your gonna do more harm then good.

20. I started asking questions here to learn more about steroids. Let's face it, steroids in general are not a good idea. I am not planning on doing them for some time yet, but I am not here to be told what and what not to do, simply for advice, and I appreciate any I can get. So please feel free to give me any advice or instructions. Thanks.

Steroids can be a good idea if you know exactly what your doing

if you didnt plan on doing them, why would you invest in D-bol and then ask questions on how to run it as mentioned in your first post "I just got an order of D-bol"? It wouldnt suprise me if your stuff wasnt legit either

We've offered you only advice, 6 months training is a huge problem. Your body has barely even responded to what youve given it so far, as far as training. You will continue to make amazing gains naturally for a long time. Your also only 20, pretty young to be considering anabolics IMO. Your first cycle will be your best cycle, would you want to walk into an oportunity to put on massive amounts of muscle, when you have your training and diet down perfect, and you know exactly what your body responds well to, or when your just started out and your still figuring these things out

As far as your cycle, a D-Bol only cycle is a very bad move, as i mentioned before its an oral so its alkylated meaning its harsh on your liver you really dont wanna be running it for over 4 weeks. If you do chose to run a D-bol only cycle you will prolly make horrible gains if any, and since you dont even know what PCT is you would prolly not only waste the D-bol, make minor if any gains, but prolly never fix your bodys natural production of test after your cycle. Lets not forget that if you do make gains and your PCT isnt in order youll probably lose alot of what you gained while on.

After 6 months of training you don't know shit about fuck. Before you do any kind of cycle, get your diet nailed and find out what macros are best for you. At the same time you have to find which exercises and techniques are optimal for YOU. You need to know what the best combination of exercises, macros, rest, training technique, cardio, etc. And as sure as shit stinks, you need a PCT as well as liver protectants and a better cycle than D-Bol only. There's even an article about a D-Bol only cycle on this site!

I've been training for about 3 years now and I still haven't found my optimal exercises and techniques for every muscle group. I've only managed to nail biceps and chest, and by nail I mean, rep ranges, exercise selection, frequency, and intensity. It took me about 8 months to finally get my diet to what I think is the best for me. Moral of the story....Rome wasn't built in a day and a cycle at this point in the game won't help the pillars rise any faster. Just my 2 Cents....though my advice usually doesn't get followed these days.
