Hello all

I was just wondering how long it would take to start noticing effects from deca 200mg per week.

My diet is spot on consuming 4500 cals - 500g carb - 400g pro - 60g fat and all usual sups!

im currently 210lbs at 14% bf

I hope your taking test with that. Also 200mg per week is very low and you should double. Otherwise about a month to notice.

i wish there was a thread which laid outlines of how to start 'roiding and what are the merits/demerits of it and basically everything there is to know about this shit,....

i know im not gonna be taking any in my life, but its always good to know....provided there is a reliable source of information

Posted that weeks ago, and yes you need a test base because with just deca (an anabolic) you will have troubles deca dick.....every cycle should have a test base

i'd think that you'd start to notice it in 3-4 wks... thats a pretty conservative dose at your size since you're not stacking. not that that is a bad thing, but the gains won't be as explosive... more so just slow and steady. be patient

as for this 'deca-dick' im not having any problems - is this just reported on an ocasional basis?

this is the first time i have taken deca - do you think i'll put on a good ammount of mass?

i injected the first lot into my ass and the second weeks into my right thigh - the thigh hurt wey more!!!!!
