| first post just wondering gettin these to start next week and wanted to know what to eat with them and how many times a wek to train? Also heard the you have to give your body between 20-40grams of protein every 3 hours |

| yeah I would adminster you D orally for max effective relief.... and don't worry at this point of when to take your protein just ensure you are putting between 1 to 2 grams of protein per lbs. of body weight you are also step up to the dinner plate as previously suggested eat hard train hard and rest hard. |
