Red face does winstrol help getting lean?

hi i'm on a strict diet and was wondering if winstrol could give me that extra punch to loose the last bf for my abs :

being an androgen it may make it easier to lose that last few lbs, but its not something that'll cause the fat to melt off. it'll help you maintain muscle while dieting even harder

Yes it will but it's a little rough on the joints is it not?

doesnt it dry out your joints or something and you need to consume alot of good oils and water?

Yes it does dry out your joints quite a bit. A better method may be to increase cardio, reduce calories with something like test prop/tren to eliminate any possible muscle catabolism.
