Default eating on the sauce?? any different??

well tomorrow is day 1 of my first 10 week cycle and im curious of if my eating can be a lil off since im on gear?? like for example if i wanted a taco truck super burrito or some pizza is it still a no no or no biggie cause the gear is building serious mass?? just wanted to get some input thanks guys

I hope you're kidding...diet should be more strict than ever. I suppose if you don't care about gaining fat, then you could eat a lot of bad stuff. You need to keep your calories way up. And you need to keep your protein intake very high also. Because you should be taking in so many calories, if they're not clean then you'll put on a lot of fat. I was talking to one of my buddies while he was on a 10wk cycle of sus & he was taking in 5000 calories a day, 2000 calories were from protein. He was about 10 or 12% bodyfat & weighed 250 or so. That's just an example. I don't know your stats, but I imagine you should be over 3500 calories a day...

Look at it this way: You're putting your body through hell. Don't you want to get the most out of it?

You'll put on less fat during cycle just because of the high test levels in comparison to off cycle.

^^ but not that much less. Trust that if your on cycle, and eat shitty foods your going to pack on fat and muslce ... just because your metabolism is boosted slightly, doesnt mean insulin is going to magically change and selectively push sugars to only your muscles.
