| are you doing dbol only? Not the best idea in the world, get ready for some serious water retention. 150mg seems very high to me, 100mg or under would be more appropreate at your wt, always start low and work up. |

Gender: | A bit high? I am surprised you dont have a nice set of tits by now. D-bol aromatizes quite heavily. I say gains off of just 20mg of d-bol. Crazy thing, It flaires up my athletes food and I suspect this is associated with yeast and d-bol. Cant prove it tho. Aurhor L. Ria suggests to take 5mg per every 20 pound of bodyweight. You could cut that dose you are taking in a third and still see gains. |
