Default IDS Mass Caps VS IDS Mass tabs?

After searching for some possible sources for another box of Mass tabs since they are now off the market I came across IDS Mass Caps. I asked a friend who originally turned me on to Mass tabs in the first place and he said IDS took them off the market and "reformulated" them as to keep the FDA from looking into them too much but they are essentially the same thing. Any truth to this? Personally with the exception of creatine and protein I refuse to waste my money on anything they would sell at GNC they claim to "anabolic". Any Ideas on wether or not these work the same?

He reads wayyyy too many supplement ads. They are nothing alike. One is a steroid and the other is herbs, I believe.
