Default If someone reaches a plateau...

If someone reaches a plateau, and they stop seeing increases in strength and mass... say for two weeks or so... if they keep doing their normal routine or increas weight a bit more... in general, will they be able to get over that plateau... or are steroids sometimes totally necessary?

Increasing the weight a little bit will help or maybe your not giving your body enough time to rest between workout days.

You may need to take a week off or change your routine, or both. You shouldn't keep the same routine for 2 long anyway, your body adjusts to the stress. Also check your diet. You may need to increase calories.
