Default im gettin ready to start my 1st and need a lil advise please help

k im 24 5 11 200lbs and strong ive put my dues in and im about to due a 10 week cycle of sustanon 250 for the first time... i have nolva and clomid for pct i bought a bunch of milk thistle and cran extract also. well ive got my diet in check and my routine is great im just wondering how to do all of this i know i take 1 amp a week for 10 weeks and start pct 18-21 days later but some say to use the clomid or nolva a lil during? and how much milk thistle do i need and my buddy said the cranberry x was good for during too but he didnt know how much and how often?? also is it a bad idea to buy 6oxo the otc estrogen blocker as well for my pct or is that overkill? any help is much appreciated.

I only know a little about this, but I think you would have been much better off going with a product like Cycle Support. It includes stuff for blood pressure, cholesterol, etc. Just milk thistle and cranberry extract is half assed IMO. But I haven't read too much about Sus, so maybe it's different.

As far as the 6OXO goes, I have seen a lot of people run Nolva @ 40/30/20/10 & then do the 6OXO at X/X/10/20/30/40. That's for designer steroids which is different. PCT starts immediately after with those. So that's something to look into.

That's my 10 cents...don't know if it helped it all, but hopefully it did. Do some searching on the net. Lots of people have run cycles of Sus. If I were you and had never done a cycle, I would read people's journals and base my cycle on theirs. That way you'll have an idea of sides, gains, etc.

where do i find cycle support???
and the 6oxo x/x/10/20/30/40 are the x's for off time?
