Gender: | hi just wanting some advice and feedback on a cycle i am starting 200mg test cyp 250mg sustonen 50mg decca 20/30mg of dbol per week is this a good mix and what sort of gains would i see thanks look forward to your help |

Gender: | Its ok, why the two diffrent test compounds? If it was me I would start with the sust then finish with the cyp. I dont like sust due to the long ester in that, takes forever to clear my system. If you use the sust up front you can take advantage of the short ester and you wont have to worry about clearance as your cyp is ran at the end. 50mg of deca wont do much. D-bol to kick start is ok, run that for 6 weeks. |

Gender: | all those doses are to low. but I have to ask, what is your cycle history because if this is your first cycle, it's not a good one. |

| i assume he means 20-30mg/day of Dbol... and when is 500mg/wk of test too low? if you can't grow on that you are either 1) way past your genetic potential or 2) sorely lacking in other aspects of your training/nutrition for the deca though, 50mg/wk is way low. if this is your first cycle 500mg/wk of test is plenty. you'll make great gains without spending a fortune and you can always save the other gear for a future cycle. |

Test C Wks 1-12 500mg ew Dbol-wks 1-4 30mg ed You can throw in some adex@.35mg ed to help control bloat. The deca,you can save for later cycles.No need for it now. Also,do you have a PCT planned with this? Diet and training will be the key to your cycle,as it always is.Make sure to EAT big brother.Focus on the basics with training,ie-benches,squats,deads,curls etc. Good luck bro. | |
