Well my heaviest was 242 while on. I just weight myself and I'm 240 so I think it was just the first shock of going off, because I was down to 235-238.Now I'm back up.. To answer your question..I have cleaned up my diet , since then. More chicken and less red meat hoping to improve my cardiovascular and be ready for summer. Calories (I haven't counted) but they might be down a couple hundred. | ||

Gender: | I know that M1T is used for bulking, but if a person were to use it while cutting, would they still notice strength and muscle gains ? Or would it just be a waste ? When cutting I am assuming the calories are still high around 3000, but no sugar and hardly any fat intake...with lots of cardio. ![]() |

| I tried it once talo, and it didnt really work out. The lethargy and insane back pumps kept me from doing cardio, but I did keep my strength while in a serious calorie deficit. There are definately better compounds out there for cutting. |
