I have come across a few bottles and I am thinking about taking it after the New Year , (that way I know I will not have to worry about alchol).
I have been reading about this mostly all positive with very good muscle gains and strength gains.

A lot of people say to take with milk thistle, and to take a PCT after. I will take the milk thistle. but not too many people say what type of PCT to take or when to start taking it.
Same with the dose. Anywhere from 5mg to 30mg per day. Also no longer than 2 weeks on 1 week off - repeat-

Any Suggestions ?

Talo, I'll be the first to tell you this stuff will yield massive gains for you if you do it right. But it is dangerous stuff.

first, what brand do you have? and are the pills 5mg?

If so, your gonna want to start out with 5mg a day for the first week. and maybe (big maybe) 10mg the second. Then start your pct. I would say for pct go with 2-3 weeks of nolva or clomid, and run your liver protectors (milk thistle, nac) through the whole thing. You will also want to pick up a sesamin product, to help restore lipids to normal ... run that all the way through also.

This is roughly what my first m1t cycle looked like, and I gained 16lbs, and kept 10 of it. Added roughly 30lbs to my bench, squats, and deads. just be careful of the sides, lethargy is a bitch on this stuff, as is lower back cramping. I also tend to get slightly depressed after a cycle, so if thats a problem for you look at getting some Sam-e, or RR.

Whatever you do, dont go with the 2 weeks on, 1 off, repeat. Its a disaster waiting to happen. It makes no sense, to shut yourself down completely for 2 weeks, then take off a week (still shut down), then go back on ...

Good advice, Liver protection is an absoulute must since this is one of the harshest steroids out there. Start with 5mg and try to go 4 weeks if you can increasing 5mg per week, if you can last that long. If your getting good gains no need to increase since you will only increase the sides. Lethargy is a bitch.
Nolva and clomid is recommended for PCT

I don't have the specs for this stuff yet.
I am going to run this proper in order to get the most gains and keep the body under as litle stress as possible. I've been to more than a dozen sites and read peoples testomonies, all with positive gains and strong warnings. I will try to do it for about 4 weeks straight.
How long should I run the PCT for ?
Should the milk thistle be taken for a few weeks after aswell ?
Do you think Tribulus would be good to take after or just a waste ?

4 weeks on m1t is rough. you can shoot for it, but dont be suprised if its too much to handle.

Usually I would say run the pct the same length as the cycle. But with m1t the half life seems to be excessively long ( I got gains like I was still "on" for a week or more into pct) so I would suggest running it atleast a week longer if not more.

tribulus wont do much by way of restoring hpta, but for me I always pick up a bottle of FUZE by scivation and run it with my pct. It always gives my libido a boost, and its cheap so why not.

I'm pretty sure you should continue the milk thistle for a few weeks after as well. Make sure you get a product standardized to 80% silymarins. The optimal dose is not exactly known yet but go for 150 to 175 mgs THREE times a day (you can prob. safely take more and with herbs it is usually better to get 2 or 3 divided doses). If you use a combo product containing the thistle make sure the amount is adequate.

How is a person supost to tell if it's to rough on them... ie: attitude, soreness ??

The milk Thistle I have right now is by Jamieson and contains 4,500mg - 80% Active Silymarin Compounds.

Each cplet contains: Milk Thistle (30:1 extract)....150mg (silybun marianum seed, equivalent to 4,500mg Milk Thistle)

Says to take 3 times a day.

Should I start to load my body up a few days before I start the M1T with Milk Thistle ?

I also have cranberry , I haven't read anyone talk about taking this, but is M1T rough on the kidney's aswell ?

Don't know if it is rough on the kidneys (I doubt it makes them extra happy though) but if it is cranberry won't do much to help. Cranberry is effective for urinary tract infections and so would help the kidneys indirectly in that regard since chronic infections taken to their extreme could harm the kidneys. It has been touted for kidney stones also but the research doesn't back this up (except MAYBE for the very rare type of kidney stones "brushites" i think). It's not going to protect your kidneys from toxins or stress as far as any info I've ever seen.

There is some evidence that milk thistle has similar protective effects on kidney cells as on liver cell, though.

That you can gauge by the harshness of the sides. I would watch for lethargy, lower back soreness/tightness/pump, mood degradation, and urine color.

For me these would usually start hitting hard around the beg to mid of the third week. I would bang out a great workout, then i wouldnt be able to keep my eyes open, and running was impossible with the lower back issues. And As I stated before some slight depression that lasted through pct.

I never had my urine become dark, some people have when they push the dosages. this is a sure sign your kidney's cant handle it, and you need to go see a doctor asap.
