| just started this stack yesterday... i will keep you guys posted on the results... does anyone have any comments or opinions about this stuff??? I will also be taking the proper supporting supps, true mass 2x a day, plenty of clean calories, and lots of heavy iron. |

| Well one week down. strength not up a whole lot yet, but i have put on about 4lb (prolly just water). i had insane cramps in my lower back during my last leg day; anyone know why? i get plenty of water. i forgot to post my starting stats: 185lb @ 10% bf 5'9" bench-305 squat-around 430...not sure really but i can get 405 for 4 dead-420 |

| day 17 and....... well not a whole lot of size but i definatly am seeing some strength gains....315 bench and low cable rows with 210 for a set of 12....will keep you guys posted....had real bad lower back cramps prob b/c i did not drink enough water. i dont know how to post links...just google "methy dx3+forums" and "pherabol+forums" |
