Default Need some advice please!

ok im 18 stats are 6'3" 160 ive always been a hard gainer ive been looking around and i think i want to do an 8 week cycle of Sustanon 250 with some kind of an estrogen blocker. ive never cycled before so i need a list of supplies and a website i can order it from! HELP!

1. At 18, this shouldn't be an option.
2. At 18, how do you really know you're a hardgainer when you haven't been training for very long. Under 16 doesn't count.

You need to run a lot of research on your own so when people start saying what you should take, you'll have the working knowledge to know what's what.

At 18 years old, a hard gainer is usually someone who doesn't see results after doing barbell curls everyday for a week. Explore other options before you stick a needle into the side of your ass.;)

I agree your way too young no doubt your diet could be part of the problem training counts too maybe you actually haven't had time to explore the most efficent training methods and if you look around here at the nutrition and training forums that could help.

Do I need to rewrite that with some punctuation or conjunctions?
