Hi ! Before you go too far in depth regarding steroid cycles and whats best for you why not give us your essentials first like your :
Age ....
Training for how long ....
Your diet ....
Your exercise regime ....
your goals .....

These are just a few questions if you want someone to give you good feedback on what your looking for etc !

There is sooo much to learn even before you consider taking a cycle ! and of course you would need to have a PCT plan in place also !
I have been training for 7 + years and I will still remain natural ! Im not going to be anti steroids but this info is what we need !

Ahh i see ! First off im afraid to say 17 is way too young for any cycle of steroids !! You have ample of natural testosterone in your system to build good muscle for several years yet ! Esp if you train 4 days a week, thats great .. just stick with the creatine and you wont go wrong ! Your not on a current strict diet so to tell you the truth your not even ready for steroids , period ! A steroid will not do you any favours besides liver toxicity and serious side effects if you were to take them at your current stage ! They simple wont do anything for you even if you had a quality diet regime sorted ! Definately have a read up on steroid articles which you will find scattered around these forums. Steroids are not recommended for anyone less than 26 years of age.
Even using certain steroids you will not have a good .. dry .. solid .. vascular muscle like you will have when you train naturally ! Most of the weight you will gain from a steroid will be water retention, which will in turn sore your blood pressure through the roof causing all sorts of problems !

I'm 29 and have trained naturally for 7 years + and although I do feel like a cycle could help me at this stage, i really dont want serious medical problems in the long term .. not including bad side effects like severe acne ... stunted growth , etc !

Stick with creatine or a NO product Cheers !

I think your to young
You haven't been training long enough
EAT MORE FOOD!!!

I am not against people taking them, but untill you have your full potential you will do nothing but damage your body.

TALO's Sig:"But when do you actually grow? Well, we don't grow in the gym. In the gym, we destroy. We tear down the body. We only grow when we are recovering. That's right, I said recovery. I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"

Evan, thats not all true...

But in response to KDhash08, you are definately too young. You could ruin your natural test production for the rest of your life, which is the main reason why age is an important factor.

I would say this is the part that is basicly untrue. It sounds good, and would definately keep youngsters away from gear. But the truth of the matter is that steroids (being very general here) will increase nitrogen retention for anyone at any age, resulting in muscle hypertrophy and strength gains. The problem with being too young and using is this, when your still in puberty shutting your nuts off by forcing alien hormones into your body will severely fuck with your endocrine system, regardless of the saftey measures you take.

kdhash08, do all the research you can, knowing how your endocrine system works, and how different steroids effect your body will only be of benifit when the time comes and your ready.
