Default Next level

Just wanted to get some advice on the next level to take with my workout. I'm 28 years old weight 210, 6 foot and looking to step it up. I'm benching around 405 and not going up from there. I've been hitting the gym hard for about 2 year and have been working out for as long as I can remember. Looking to get some really good size. Any advice would be cool.

I u can bench 405 and u dont think that u look big enough, u dont need to change ur workout routine, just get ur eyes checked. Go to the journal section and follow 311's journal, he got some good advices there.

The most I hit for bench was 365 x 4 perfect reps, 5 with a spot. It almost sounds like you're a powerlifter. For bodybuilding, what works best for me is if you ever plateau on an exercise and can't push more weight, dump it for another one. After a few rotations, when you hit that exercise again you'll start increasing again. I never tried powerlifting so I can't comment. Look at Westside barbell training or 5x5 if power/strength is your goal.
