pgcl is rippin me up quick

Im on day four of pgcl and felt the need to document some freakin crazy results.

first off i got my shipment in under two weeks and cracked open the first vial as soon as I could.

as I said before it's been four days and I am down 6 lbs. already.

I have the normal shits that everyone said I would get but it is not a problem I actually feel cleaner and not bloated anymore.

I would sh!t 3 times a day anyways so I don't mind

my skin is very thin and my veins are already popping out, I have never been vascular before.

I will keep you guys posted

I am 6'1'' and started at 225 at about 13% body fat

I am sure Im at about 11% body fat already this stuff is incredible
