Default SD suggestions

From personal experience and feed back from others here is the best way to run SD.

No more than 4 weeks

Weeks 1-2 30mg
Weeks 3-4 20mg

Adding more in the latter weeks dosent' seem to add anything and in most cases increases side effects such as lethargy. Also SD stays in your system for at least 1 more week if not longer so after you come off the effects will still continue as if your still on. The gains are steady and seem to be more permanent.
SD can also be used when cutting and works well if running a CKD diet.

Rebound XT is great for PCT and can also be ran in low doses during cycle.

I welcome anything anyone has to offer.
