Joking aside. Read up on the articles and training programs that have been posted. Then ask questions on how you can alter those programs to fit your needs.

Diet: Understand the major concepts of dieting such carb cycling, nutrient timing etc and adapt them to fit to your life style.


If you're looking for a quick fix, you wont find it in here.

Be warned, hard work is involved.

We all eat the same things for the most part. Most members are bulking most of the time. The difference is the number of calories people take in...the number of meals, macronutrient ratios, etc are similar.

Everyone is training for size and/or strength (and endurance). If you want to strength train, then most of the journals will apply. If you don't want to strength train, then those same journals will apply. Strength/size are very much related early on.
