Diet: Understand the major concepts of dieting such carb cycling, nutrient timing etc and adapt them to fit to your life style. If you're looking for a quick fix, you wont find it in here. Everyone is training for size and/or strength (and endurance). If you want to strength train, then most of the journals will apply. If you don't want to strength train, then those same journals will apply. Strength/size are very much related early on. | |
