i'm 25, 5'11", 160lb, have been lifting on and off past 3 years
started with protein, creatine - lasted a few months then they just
made me puke, so for the last two years i have done nothing but eat well and take some vitamins
going to the jym more and more and would like to add some thing to my routine

but still don't know where to start
It seems you have to take a whole bunch of things at once to do it properly, one to compencate for the ofther or something like that
Is there one or two things max i can add to my work out and that's
it? Not looking to get into it, but want to try it
Steroids are pointless without a solid diet and judging by your weight id suggest you need a diet overhaul.
If you did decide to run a cycle with a poor diet the you will simply add water weight whilst on cycle and then loss it once you've stopped..
My suggestion would be to spend another 12 months eating correctly..
So what you are saying is i need to gain weight?
how much? 30lb?, i have tried I would eat all day long but never seem to gain much
Im 5'10 and find it very difficult to gain weight, however with the correct diet and eating regiment i can still get to 210lbs without the use of any synthetic compounds...
