Default critique please

Phera Plex Plan for 1st Timer---Please Critique

Pre-cycle – Run support supps for 3 weeks prior to cycle.
Pre-cycle for 3 weeks/Support Supplements thru cycle: Hawthorn 1500 mg/ed, RYR=1200mg/ed Co-Q10=100mg/ed, Milk Thistle 1000mg/ed, Celery Seed extract , Fish Oil 10-14 g/ed, ALA (600mg/ed),Glucosamin/MSM/Chondroitin-1500mg/ed

Cycle
Week 1 PP 10mg/day spaced within 24hrs. ex. 7am and 7am taken with some EFA's at same times everyday
Week 2-4 PP 20mg/day taken 12hrs apart, ex 7am and 7pm.

Additional “ON” supps
ADAM multi
Uni-Liver tabs
DHEA- avg 150 mg/d?
Saw Palmentto?


Post Cycle Therapy
5: 2ml tamoxifen citrate/ed-- RXT (25mg) -- Fenugreek 1g –-WB+GB
6: 1.5ml tamoxifen citrate/ed-- RXT (25mg) -- Fenugreek 2g – WB+GB
7: 1ml tamoxifen citrate/ed-- RXT (50mg) - Fenugreek 3g – WB+GB
8: 1ml tamoxifen citrate/ed--Fenugreek 4g-- RXT (50mg) – WB+GB (until gone)


Support Supps from Cycle through post cycle therapy (ADAM multi)
Week1 Hawthorn 1500 mg/ed, RYR=1200mg/day Co-Q10=100mg/day, Milk Thistle 1000mg/ed, Celery Seed 3 caps, Fish Oil 10-14 g/day, ALA 600mg/ed

Week 2 Hawthorn 1500 mg/ed, RYR=1200mg/day Co-Q10=100mg/day, Milk Thistle 1000mg/ed, Celery Seed 3 caps, Fish Oil 10-14 g/day, ALA 600mg/ed

Week 3 Hawthorn 1500 mg/ed, RYR=1200mg/day Co-Q10=100mg/day, Milk Thistle 1000mg/ed, Celery Seed 3 caps, Fish Oil 10-14 g/day, ALA 600mg/ed

Week 8 Fish Oil 1-4 g, ALA 300mg/ed,

pretty much got it from AM pp 1st timer. added in the gb+wb and a lower dose of RXT. any thoughts on the ramping up method? wanted to know if its worth taking saw and dhea also. since i eat celery daily (8ribs seems to be the min.) is there any point in even buying the caps or extract? i searched for a while on the support supps on a couple different forums and these seem to be the ballpark numbers for dosages. what else would you add in if not worried about cost?
