your too young...end of story. if you dont even know how much food or how many sets per bodypart then why are you taking gear. you need to get the basic fundamentals down first. get your butt to a library get some books and read up on everything. that my best advice to you...

im not trying to critisize you, its just we get alot of people in here wanting to do gear and know almost absolutely nothing about it and expect us to do all the work for them and set everything up...whats your reason for wanting to do gear? your body is no where near mature enough for it for at least a few more years. what are you planning on running for your pct?

Why? During this age, your body and brain are still developing. Even if you have reached your adult height and have all of your secondary sex characteristics, it is very possible that you still haven't fully matured. This is especially the case with the brain, which may not be fully matured until the mid-20's.

Sex hormones have significant effects on both physical and mental development. Thus, altering your sex hormone profile during development may irreversibly alter your physical and mental characteristics. One of the possibilities is premature closure of growth plates. Steroids/prohormones not only increase the levels of anabolic hormones in your body, they also have a vast range of other biological effects, including a shut down of the body's natural mechanism of testosterone production.

Those who tell you that it has been proven that steroids will stunt your growth, make you impotent in your mid-20's, and so on, are wrong. However, this is only because there really isn't all that much research in this area, and there are certainly many potential reasons why steroid use during development could cause such problems, along with other ones. So, the real problem is that you have no way of knowing if what you are doing is safe. The fact that your friend ran a cycle and didn't have problems doesn't mean anything. He can't tell the future, and may experience problems later in life.

Given the multitude of risks, if you choose to use steroids or prohormones at an early age, you are playing with fire. While it is your risk to take, if you ask a question about underage PH/AAS use, don't be surprised if everyone just tells you how stupid you are. There is no way to do it safely.
Here's a post over at the steriod forum where a kid (18 year old) is asking about gear. First his question, then a response...

(sorry if this has been answered, i REALLY tried to find but i couldn't find anything on this. everyone says the same thing about suppressed test function, but if its reversible, why not?)

--> Many people have done steroids on your age with succes (for a while!)
but there is a big chance you don't have stable hormonelevels at that age, do you really want to risk screwing up your Hormonal Axis for the rest of your life!!
(There are a couple of articles now on long time BB who juiced at 15/16/17/18 and continued using on and off for 10 or so years and instead of reaching full strength/muscle/size on about age 30 like normal people; at age 30 they had extremely low testlevels and extremely high estrogen levels --> Granted they looked good but were infertile and relied on juice to stay that way!).

The PCT-protocols on this board look good but they are reliant on a couple of circumstances (Juicing when hormone levels are stable, juicing wisely etc.).
Once you screwed up your Hormonal Feedback System even the most trained endicrinologists will not know how to reverse it.

Not to mention the potential closing of Growth Plates (Estrogen-induced).

The irreversable practical sides that can come with large amounts of hormones on young ages (Like massive Backhair that will grow back in 2 weeks after shaving and extreme acne).

Not to mention that at your age
(not only because natural Test-levels are high; what most people think, but also unknown patterns and things like active telomere and Neuropeptides, not to mention stable Insuline-levels and Rest-factors like high natural HGH and an active Immunesystem when on enough protein to spare chemokines!!).
You can grow like crazy on just Proteinpowder, Glutamine and Carbs...
(Be it in diet form or as Shakes)...

200 grams of Protein a day for a year along with 4-5 times lifting a week will give you more results than steroids and will have you have a nice "base" for over a couple of years when you can start juicing thus making gains easier to keep and easy to apply life-style learned while natural (plenty sleep, protein, clean diet, good excercise-regime) on steroids REDUCING SIDES/RISKS and MAXIMIZING RESULTS.

(Research shows at your age the most important bottleneck for musclegrowth is proteins and AA's like L-glutamine consumed and not enough water drank while eating too much unhealthy "Fast Carbos" e.g. Candy, Softdrink and "Trans Fatty Acids"; the catabolizing fatty acids that are in a large amounts of foods nowadays to keep them from degrading/ increasing expiry date).

At your age your metabolism if supplied enough Protein and you aren't obese or overweight is extremely forgiving!!
(You can basically eat cookies and hamburgers then go train and still not gain fat while adding muscle; Now don't make abuse of this statement )

Let me review your case and help you out:

-3000 cals for someone at 6'4" 210lbs with 10%bf
-18 yrs old
-3yrs exp
-9 sets per bodypart
-No dosage ranges
-No PCT

From this info (which is all that you provided)...how in fucks world can anyone help especially when you say something like this:

Quote:
ive read ever book every article i can get my hands on
Here's what I wanna know:
What's your routine like? 3,4,5 day split, upper/lower?
Rep Ranges and Exercises?
What's your PFC intake?
What kind of numbers are you putting up on the big lifts? Bench, Deads, Squats, Rows??
What's your current caloric intake? PFC?

Find out what these answers are and read some MORE articles...until then I don't even think you know shit about fuck when it comes to NATURAL BB'ING...you stick a needle in your ass at this age/experience level and you will get hurt.

Lol, I just don't think it's worth fucking yourself up for a little high school or college wrestling glory.

I just put the info out there. It's up to you to decide. If you want to juice up to even the playing field, that's still not going to be a guarantee that you'll win anyways.

How exactly do you even know he WAS juicing?
