first time question
 

i have diceded on running a light course.
sofar i have purchased winstrol 50mg/1ml
and trenebole 75mg/1ml
from what i can understand is to take the winstrol every day and the tren every 2nd to 3rd day
ive only just started and have a few newby questions if you are willing to help me out
#1 Am on the right track with doesage winstrol 1ml a day and tren 1ml every 2nd-3rd day?
#2 Injecting winstrol into my shoulder corked me a few hours later, is there a way of getting around that
#3 How many times a week can you jab a certain area.i have done arse and 1 shoulder sofar.
#4 Does the tren give you a wierd feeling as it enters your body or was it just cause i was nervouse about my first shot
#5 I havent yet jabbed my self alone i have gotten mates to do it, any advise on the best method doing it yourself.

You should never hit the same spot twice. I would do something like : Left shoulder , right should , left but , right but ... etc . Depending on how many times your injecting yourself , but give it a few weeks, I'd say

cheers. i been told that delts are painful with winstrol so its hard to do them.
