first timer interested in steroids any advice on a starter steroid?
i am 20 yo, 218 pounds 6,1". interested in reducing body fat whilst gaining muscle.

Are you not progressing any more? You're kind of too young...are you sure you're done growing? Reducing body fat while gaining muscle? Do you realize how bad that sounds? How long have you been lifting? Are you squatting double your bodyweight yet?

squating 180kg and weigh bwt 96. jst dont want to waste money on supplements that cannot promise results. was just looking for advice havnt seriously considered options yet. want to drop body fat but continue to increase strength might be a better way to put it. any
advice on supplements then? just havin protein shakes at the minute.

diet varies. is mainly a high protein diet. consisting of 6 meals with serving of meat usually chicken, steak or fish. carbs normally just before and after workouts. and 3 protein shakes daily.

doing strenth training. deadlifts, military presses, squats, rows, cleanouts. 4 times a week.

Could you be a little more specific with your workout routine?
How many grams of protein/carbs/fats do you get in a typical day?
