greenhorn help

Ok guys ive never taken roids before and need some help deciding on a good beginner cycle. my stats are: im 22, 190lbs and been lifting for years, however ive been lifting seriously for the last 6 months. Also i am balding and would really like to keep the hair i have. This is really where i would like advice. i have also noticed different opinions on coming off of gear. some ppl say not to lower dosages others to do the opposite, so post cycle help would be nice too. There is alot of info on the web and im trying to make an informed decision so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well before you decide to go on gear you need to look at a lot of things. Like how is your training and diet. If those are not in check then gear is not going to help. At your age I think you can gain a lot more if these are in check.
However a good beginner cycle is 500mg of test at 250mg X 2 per week for 12 weeks. Then two weeks later you start pct nolva 60mg week 1- 40 mg week 2 and then 20 mg week 3-4. You could look into finistride if hair is an issue. May help.

the training is good. the diet could be a little bit better but im a poor college student with 3 other roommates so keeping food in the house for very long in almost impossible. however i am eating 4 times a day with plenty of protein intake.i was thinking test might be a little strong in the side effect area ie hair loss. i dont know if this would be a good stack but i am considering primobolan depot stacked with either winnys or deca. do you think this would be an effective cycle considering the low androgenic side effects?

If your having a problem paying for food, how can you afford the juice? If you can't eat alot while on it, it's not worth it.

my diet is not the problem, i eat plenty of chicken and beef and rice and all that good shit. i was just saying that the diet could be better, you know like 4000 cal a day instead of 3500.
