Havoc??

Anyone try Havoc? Good, bad results or side effects??

Scorcher2005 05-08-2007 04:39 AM

No one here except sleazy has tried it...but others have heard of it. My order was supposed to come in yesterday...anxiously waiting for that.

I just started a cycle yesterday. We'll see how it goes.

^^ sweet, guys if your using this please please please log it. I've seen many people who reported gains, but I kinda trust the people here more then anywhere else.

Since I never really shared my results I might as well give you guys some input on my experience with Havoc.

I am just finishing up my PCT from Havoc this week. This was actually my first venture into prohormones which I never really tried before due to alot of them having a laundry list of negative side effects. As mentioned in other threads, I personally had great results with hardly any side effects while on Havoc. The only noticeable side I had was an increase of acne on my shoulders but I am prone to acne there anyhow.

I started my cycle off with 2 days at 20 mg to see if there were any sides and then finished the rest of the first week at 30 mg. So my cycle looked like 20-30/40/40/40, a little different that what most people do but my training partner and I both followed this and got great results. I believe alot of people do 20/30/30/40 or 20/30/40/40. Keep in mind that alot of people are going past four weeks now, I was very tempted to do so as well but due to travel obligations I wanted to make sure my PCT was done before I was on the road.

There wasn't anything too noticeable during my first week except for increased endurance during my workouts. I felt like I could stay in the gym much longer than usual but the strength gains weren't really showing up yet. Shortness of breath was also an issue during the first week which is pretty common and went away relatively fast. It was during the second week when strength gains were very noticeable. Due to advice from others and learning from logs such as 0311's I decided NOT to push my lifts too fast and risk injury. Because of this I mainly tried to stay within a 10 lb weight increase each week which I thought was very reasonable since I was doing 5x5 lifts and not working up towards a 1 rep max. So all my weight increases were actually for 25 reps, not for just 1 or 2 near the end. Since I didn't test my 1 rep maxes I can't give you overall strength gain numbers but to give you an idea of my gains my 5x5 bench went up 30 lbs and 5x5 squats went up 30lbs as well. I was very happy with these results especially since I was on more restricted diet.

I decided to keep my training and my diet the same from before starting Havoc to really see what the difference would be while on. Overall I put on 7 lbs of lean mass and that is on diet with no more than 2500 calories a day on a training day. I also did cardio 4 times a week so to say the least I was shocked at how much weight I put on. This was also very dry weight. Alot of other logs report Havoc/Epistane working very well for recomposition even when people were eating/training for pure size gain.

As always make sure you have all your support supps in order. I used Cycle Support twice a day along with Liver Longer in addition to my standard supplements such as Sesamin/Fish Oil/Multivitamin etc. For my PCT I choose Toremifene Citrate.

A good beginners read on Havoc can be found here which includes sample cycles and PCT options for newbies. Just keep in mind that there is alot of product pimping by company reps in that thread so don't take everything they say by heart and do your own research.

Awesome stuff sleazy, your making me want to go pick up a bottle or two.

Wow, that's really nice to hear. I'm having one hell of a time ramping up to 4000 cals for bulking and was really worried that I might waste this cycle due to my schedule restrictions that came out of the blue.

I'm sur ethe extra cals wouldn't hurt, but good to hear the gains were there without. Nice post.

You can definately put on alot of size on Havoc if you eat/train for it. I think if your ramping up to 4000 calories you are going to have some awesome results dependant on where your calories normally are.

I've seen many logs with 10+ lbs gained in a few weeks and alot of these were on hard gainers. In all honesty my calories were on the low side for Havoc but I had different goals as compared to most people who were after pure size. I also wanted to see *exactly* what Havoc did when everything else remained constant since most of the journals I saw people changed their diets and training specifically for Havoc. Its easy to say that a supplement was what caused your strength and mass gains but if your normally only eating half what your eating now then its hard to truely tell. But take my word for it, with everything constant Havoc gave me awesome results.

I'm looking forward to hearing your guys results while on, if you need any advice or anything let me know. I'm not an expert on this by any means, but the least I can do is point you guys in the right direction or some of the resources I used.
