I would say stick with what your doing, the only thing that may be good to increase is the fish oil. I dont know what kind of diet your running, but I like to keep my fish oil around 6g a day normally. Right now I'm more around 10-12 because I'm running a modified CKD.

Well I just bumped my diet up, I was cutting all summer and fall. Now I'm ready to put some mass back on so I kept my protein high like always and increased my carb. intake enough to put some size back on. I'm trying to do a clean bulk this year. We'll see how it goes.

I would still bump up the fish oil some, 6g a day would be optimal IMO. and since its cheap why not right?

Well right now I'm feeling great but then again I haven't started it yet :biglaugh:. This week I'm preloading on everything. I'm going to order the HAVOC today so I'll probably start sometime next week. This is my first week of HST and I was thinking of starting the HAVOC the third week of HST that way I can be on it the last 4 weeks of the program. Hopefully I will see some good results when hitting those weights heavy

sounds good mac, keep me posted. I started mine yesterday @ 20mg ed for this week. I'll up it to 30mg for the remander of the cycle, unless I feel like the last few weeks could use 40mg.

I just got the Tren-13 in the mail yesterday, so I'm gonna start taking it today. We'll see how it goes.
