Default Help Me I need info (want to get big and defined)

sorry if this isnt were im suposed to start this thread im new to these forums. but anyways here all my info im almost 23 years old and im currently on these products (max pro protein, Body effects, L-Glutamine, NO explode, Tren, estro, max anabal) i probably on average take in about 200g of protein a day and work out 6 days a week and each muslce gets worked out 2 times a week(each muscle gets 1 day on 2 days off). anyways right know im on my off cycle of tren so im on the estro. im around 185 pounds athletic body but have a little tummy on me. i would like to get bigger and have alot more definition. i was thinking of after my estro cycle i was going to take tren(19-Norandrosta- 4,9-diene-3,17 dione, a progestin.
), tt-40(androsta-1-ene-3-ol,17-one) stack with anabal cuts(promoted helthy test levels). but those three are really expensive plus i will have to buy my after cycle of estro and max anabal so its really expensive after that. so my question to you guys is what do you recomend 2 me if you want to bulk up and get more definition that isnt rediculus in price like my brandis. thanks 4 the help. please list anything i need to take with what you suggest any stack or after cycles or pre cycles thanks 4 the help guys.this is my work out schedule.

I know lot's of people do Superdrol or Epistane/Havoc cycles to lean out. They're both dry compounds. Some of the clones are ridiculously cheap (although you get what you pay for), but with the support supps and everything, it still adds up.

Still, 200g of protein is wayyy low. Especially if you're on gear...that's kinda nuts. If you average 200g of protein a day, then you're screwing yourself. Try 350g of protein a day...you'll end up making much better gains.

Read the stickies in the nutrition forum. And the training forum. Honestly, making those changes to your diet/training will give you better gains than doing all of that gear...no joke. I expect you'll keep doing it anyway, but at least read up some more and become more efficient with your workout/diet. It will make a world of difference. The split that you're doing, for instance...maybe it works for you, but there are several workouts that would work MUCH better, I'm sure. You're killing yourself with that workout...there is so much overlap and you didn't even write out lifts, sets, and rep ranges...I can tell just by the order/frequency.

no i take alot of glutamine and that seams to heal me fast im a little hurt in the morn but it goes away by that afternoon. well my work out usally consist of 3 sets 12,10,8 each set i go up in weight to max my self out. ill just list my chest day so you get the feel 4 what i do on chest day my work out takes about 1hr10 mins. i start with flat bench and do 3 sets 12,10,8 making sure i max my self out with the weight so with no help i get most reps done my self then spooet helps a little. same goes with all my stations. anyways i start with flat bench then do incline bench with dunbell's not the bar then i do decline bench with the bar then butterfly machine, and another machine i like but is 2 har to explain, and sometimes i add one more station on to that but only if i dont feel i pushed my self anough

that link is about glutamine i dont care if people dont think it works its cheep and i can definetly tell a difference when im on it and off of it. if i stop the glutamine right know and worked out tommarow i would be sore as hell the next day but if i stay on it the next day after a work out im fine and can wok that muscle out again if i wanted. and yes thats a chest day to work out my chest i want to work each part of my chest out dont i? ive kinda based my work out of lots of profesionals weight lifter work outs so i figured they would be good?

The simple answer is NO. There are not multiple parts to the chest like a lot of people believe. I know you just joined, but that was discussed pretty extensively the past week or so here. Muscle shape is genetic. For example, lots of people do incline bench to build a larger upper chest. Can you flex your 'upper chest' without flexing your 'lower chest'? Or inner vs. outer? Nope.

What is your pre and post workout nutrition like?

So you don't take in any high GI carbs right after you finish your workout? And what kind of protein do you use?
