Looking for some advice or input

Hey everyone, I am new to bodybuilding.net and just wanted to get some input. I'm 21 years old and have been weight lifting for about a year. About the last 3 months I have gotten very serious with it. I currently stand at 6'1 and a tiny 153 pounds with about a 11% body fat. the past few months I go to the gym twice a day and lift very heavy. I eat about 2500 to 3500 calories a day and on a VERY clean diet. Chicken, Fish, Veggies, Potatoes etc and also drinking over a gallon of water daily. I'm currently talking in about 100g of protein powder a day as well as BCAA's right after my workout. I recently started a cycle of Sustanon 250 and Decca 250. Every 6 days I pin 500mg of Sust and 250 of Decca. I'm about three weeks into my cycle and I have seen zero weight gain and actually lost two pounds. My strength has GREATLY increased and I am getting more cut and building some what noticeable muscle but its minor. Im trying to get my weight up to 170 maybe 180. Does anyone have any input as to why I am not seeing weight gain or why its so slow? I know the simple answer would be to eat more... But id appreciate something more detailed than that. Any input would be appreciated.:WEIGHT~13:

Using aas at such an early age can cause serious health issues in later life, including stunted growth plates and damage to hpta meaning erectile problems...

You're hitting the gym twice a day... you're going to burn massive amounts of cals. Your cycle will also boost your metabolism. You need to jack your cals WAYYYYY up to support what you're doing to your body.

I would start at 4000cals or even higher. Mind you, I am not on a cycle and have never been but I've still managed a healthy 200lb @ 6' with ever increasing strength levels. I take in 3500 cals on training days and about 3250 on non training days. I train 4x a week for about 1.25-1.5hrs focused almost solely on the big compound lifts.

At 500mgs of sus and 250mgs deca I think you could handle more time at the gym and take in twice your calories. Keep in mind your hieght and natural build is tall and slim its gonna take twice the work to establish a good core foundation before you start to blow up. And my most important question is are you using freeweights or just machines? Those machines can make you feel strong but its really resistance training and no good for bulking hit the free weights harder and consume more calories. Next cycle try adding dbol in the beginning and if you have a decent frame by then you'll blow up much more but keep up with it or it will be gone quicker than it came.

Well I believe you could handle more time at the gym and take in two times your calories. Keep in brain your hieght and natural construct is big and slight its gonna take two times the work to set up a good centre base before you start to assault up.

Well i think you're going to set alight huge allowances of cals. Your cycle will furthermore increase your metabolism. You require to jack your cals way up to support what you're managing to your body.
