has any one heard of Mick Hart he is said to be a training guru and publishes his own magazine called no bull. i recently purchased his trainning programme on line that he trained his very own son with called the "chris report". does any one have any feedback on this guy and actually how genuine this guy is.

There are a million proven workouts posted online. Much, much more information than you could fit in a single publication or even a series. I have heard of him, but I don't know much about him. Different people respond better to different programs. Hopefully it will work for you if that's what you're planning on doing.

Does he have his very own son on steroids?

Ross86 02-20-2008 11:01 AM

Haha I'm pretty certain that he does.

Oh yeah. Only his son 'chose' to be on them of course.

Well the thing is most people keep their "supplement" gurus and their training gurus separate.

i,ve heard of mick hart, did subscribe to no bull a few years back, also he was on a tv documentary back then too. from what i can make of it all he,s a guy (an older guy hence the son who on the gear isn,t some mis informed teenager) who is in the sport and aas the name suggests wants to put over a no bull**** view about the sport, due to the name it seems to have , as for views on gear most people who deal with him have made there own decision about taking steroids , and just want some honest advice ,which a lot of people shy away from doing , if you gonna do it do it right!
