Hello guys just wondering what is a good amount of Milk Thistle to be taking when using Sust. 250 at an amp a week. I am currently taking two pills at 300mgs per serving.

im on the same cycle and i bought cycle support of bulknutrition.com its got every thing you need...better safe than sorry right

Interesting take on all this, I have never used cycle support before, I usually get everything seperate. Is it really that much better?

Some of the ingredients are arguable, but for the most part I think it's a very good mix for the price. When you say "everything", what exactly do you take? (Milk thistle, red yeast rice, etc...)

Milk thistle, NAC, RYR, Sesamin, and sometimes some ATD depending on the cycle. But again thats always very low dose.

NAC 1200mg
Silymarin (Milk Thistle Extract) 1000mg
Hawthorn Berry 1000mg
Saw Palmetto 300mg
Nettle Root 250mg
Celery Seed Extract 150mg
Idebenone 100mg
Policosanol 20mg

I think the hawthorn and saw palmetto are very important. And it's cool that it has a little nettle root in it also. W/ shipping, I guess it would be around $45/month. How much does your stack cost? ATD is quite the libido killer at the wrong dose, isn't it?
