You should be pretty Big by the time you finish this cycle.... don't forget the HCG and the Nolvadex after you finish.
Good luck.

Something I didn't notice ( may have missed it ) but what is your diet looking like ?

Are you just eating whatever and whenever you want , in order to get the most out of things or are you writting and measuring everything so that you know how many calories you are putting into your body ?

Are you trying to minimize your fat gain or do you not care about it for now ?

Just interested that's all.

lean and clean not counting cals ne more just eat every 3hrs 40g of protein at a time every other is a shake first meal has oatmeal for carbs then very lil the rest of the day...im hella carb sensitive a slice of pizza makes me gain 2lbs.....its bs... pro sources are chicken steak eggs an tuna and ultimate protein the best stuff on earth.....and in an emergency ill have a six dollar burger wrapped in lettuce for lunch when I start ill add in whole grain carbs such as wg tuna sammys and more brown rice and wg noodle stuff but while maintenceing not many carbs any suggestions??

If your carb sensitive - then try your hardest not to eat them ( just like you are). But you will want to keep your fat high.

I would say 60% fat / 40% protein ( calorie count)

remember 9 cals per g for fat and 4 for protein.

Counting and weighing your food will help you alot.

that seems like a lot of fat....but when im bulking ill do carbs throughout the day wg only then cut em in my last two meals... should be ok im kinda lazy to count anymore.... just seems like if im not goin crazy with junkfood and keepin it in check its always good...

Sounds like alot of fat - but if your a carb sensitive guy you body will use it all for fuel.

Some find it the best way to either lose weight or make gains while keeping the body fat low.

Good fats would make up the majority of the diet and they are good for you.
