my new cycle....
 
well im collecting to start my second cycle... so check it out and give me some input.

day 1-14 dbol 40mg and continued for six weeks
day 14 deca or equipoise not sure yet im kinda scared of deca dick? does any one have any info and preventing that? n e way day 14 till 10 weeks
day 28 sustanon 600mg a week for 10 weeks following

then when sus is up ill move into tren and winstrol for six weeks not sure of dosage yet....
then pct I have hcg 3000iu day 1 and day 4 day 8 and day 12 ill do 1500iu then nolva and myabe post cycle support by anabolic inovations during I will be on cycle support and follow a lean diet high in protein and high in whole grains during bulk phase then low carb during 2nd phase. input please....I know its a long time on but I know like ten guys who do like this and there fine so im not so worried about that.

my routines not a problem I was doin cardio at too high intensity then lifting I've moved it to after and im feelin good about it....so anyway......

so anyway....why not post your routine?

I actually want to know what kind of a routine you'd follow if you were on steroids...is it a split? What kind of exercises and volume do you use? What about progression?

its been 10 weeks plus but I don't plan on starting till I get everything I have most of it but it'll probablly still be a month or so till I start....
my routine
mon chest
bench 1 wrmup 3- 4 sets heavy
incline same alt bar and dum
cables flys up and down 4 supers 10-15 reps each
pecdeck and machine fly supers the same
tues back
deadlift 4 sets
t bar rows 4 sets 15 12 10 8
cable puldowns and seated rows supersets 4 sets 10 - 15 reps
cable pullovers 4 sets 12
wed shoulders and traps
overhead press alt dumbells and smith
4 sets last 2 heavy
then behind the head press light weight superset with shrugs 4 sets heavy
delt raises frt side an rear
superset with shugs dif types mach,dum,barbell
sometimes uprite rows if time aint an issue
thurs arms
tris first close grip bench 1wrmup 3heavy
cable press down 4 sets 10 - 15
cable rope overhead ext. same
rope frnt ext light weight superset with cable kickbacks
bis
preacher machine 1 wrm 3 12 - 15
cable revese curls
cable staight or ez curls
one arm standing upper cable curls all 4 sets moderate weight 12 - 15 reps
fri or sun legs
squats 4 sets 10 -15 reps
leg ext an curls superset same reps calves standing and seated supersets
all weights are pretty good
bench between 275 and 315
squat only 225 im gifted with big lean legs I don't want them much bigger ill get pants that fit my waist and not my thighs
dead 365 pretty easily 405 with strain
milatary 100 dumbells and 275 on smith rack I practice amazing form no bs any great arny colman cutler could watch me an have nothing to say

so any way lets hear about my routine?? btw I wasn't planning on taking dnp just real curious about it after I heared its fatal it was out the window you can't be jacked if ur dead......

Oh so this is your wonderful program...I feel like being mean and saying something nasty....

No, time to handle this with a little bit of tact.

Shaun,

1.) Your workout program really looks like that of any other average joe who has just purchased the latest edition of a muscle mag.

2.) I know people's goals are very different but to squat with only 225 lbs because you're afraid of getting too large thighs is very lame IMO.

3.) Atleast you are doing deadlifts so I have to give you credit for not being a complete wuss....and 405 is pretty awesome IMO..

4.) An arm day? lol...

Ok so here are some positive suggestions:

1.) Get on a strength routine because with steroids you will be able to lift a shitload more weight and training like a powerlifter or a strength trainee will mean your ability to put on muscle will increase drastically.

2.) When you come off the cycle you will still be able to keep most of your gains solely because your body will still be in a state to keep adding muscle.

3.) The sad part of this is that you might end up with something most girls who I know really like: thunder thighs, a large (this is subject to vary between man to man) ass which is very very firm and rock hard.

agreed...lift some heavy shit...i don't see any reason to waste a day on arms...when you're making your body able to handle alot of abuse....might as well make it worthwhile.

and sorry im cursed with big legs but I used to workout with 315 but then any pair of 32 jeans would be tight as hell on my thighs so whatever there..... im not wearin baggy jeans like some wannabe gangsta just to squat more when my legs look great geneticlly

so if u think ur routine is better im curious to see it?

and also what about my cycle? not my grammer..... my pc is down so all this is off my phone so take it easy bigbadwolf....

First, when people respond to your posts a good amount of the time i will admit sometimes it may sound like people are acting like an asshole to you.............you know why??? because you always post a question and then when people give you legit advice on the subject, you basically blow it off and act like you knew the answer to what you asked or if you they say something you dont want to hear you get defensive.


second, what is the reason for you having to compare what pity can lift to you? he made a simple suggestion and then you started comparing what he can lift to you. you ask questions and they gave you suggestions that they felt like would help you out and it is up to you whether you use it or not. and they are making legit suggestions. because in all honesty what you are saying you want to accomplish sounds dumb. you want to add mass but keep skinny legs? thats just stupid.


third, baggy jeans does not equate to being a "wanna be gangsta" you have no clue what "gangsta" is and it aint something you see on tv. and once again trying to compare what pity can lift compared to you is a cornball move. in all honesty yours numbers aint all that great and you took roids before. (and i dont have anything against anyone who uses roids either)

ok ok so I made a booboo my bad......any way my legs are already portionally huge for my body just a gift I guess so aint nothin skinny over here.
and btw my numbers are pretty good and takin the roids only helped a little the rest was all hard work.
so where's the routine sugestions? cycle sugestions? no suggestions just criticism....so lets get over all this bs and get back to the point if u don't like my routine what would u change? and my cycle? Any input?

well all in all what are your goals? and what do you want to accomplish. you never really stated exactly what you want to do? im not good with that stuff, but first before you get a good routine you need to specifically state your goals.

your a funny dude. before you post in my journal read the whole thing. the numbers you most likley compare yourself to is numbers i was doing INJURED. numbers you putting up i have been doing since i was 16 and not even a protein shake touched my lips until i was around 23.



i did this without even warming up.


i just got off a shoulder injury and was off for 2 months then did 2 or 3 weeks of repping 225 while my shoulder was still messed up. then i only did push ups. yesterday was the first day i was back lifting heavy on the flat bench and i did

225x10

275x8

315x6

405x2

455x1

then 225x15 to finsih off. i could have done 20 but i wanted to be safe than sorry

when was the last time you were able to do that...................thats what i thought. oh and i did that after i did 200 pushups monday and wed i did 5 singles reps of 315 on the OH press then 3x5 of 225 right after. and im willing to put money on it you havent done that either.

and that 225 you doing on the squat i have done that 10x10 a couple weeks straight.

you are not on my level and dont confuse yourself with thinking that you are.

Having said that, I feel the need to enlighten you on certain facts:

1.) 99.999% of the population here on bb.net can lift more than you.

2.) That means you suck at lifting.

3.) Why?

4.) Coz even with the steroids you are still WAY below average.

5.) We understand that using steroids does not equal a magic pill. HOWEVER it is you who undermines the hard work that goes into reaching your goals and acknowledging steroids as only a part of that game.

Most of the BS is from you. If you want specific cycle suggestions look at dedicated AAS boards, they are plentiful.

I've been on this site for a few years now. And I can tell you that I only know of 1 other site with guys like this( and it is private site that needs aload of refferances to get in).

This place doesnt have people on here looking to start crap. e-fights and so on.

We may somtimes poke fun at something written, or??? but thats all it is for fun. The only reason you got the responses you got, was because you were somewhat defensive.

There are lots of guys with lots of knowledge on this site. There is nothing wrong with disagreeing with someone, but there is a right way to do it.
