hi all

I started training two years ago after two months started taking roids got to a good size, then stopped. just started training again and want to use roids again but have little knowledge on the matter. I bought the no bull chris report as a trainning guide. can any one offer some advice on stacking cycles in begginers terms it would be much appreciated. I would prefer not to take orally as i hear this isnt as clean as injectables. I would like to bulk up first then cut up.

Put size on naturally for a while before you start. I believe you'll have similar gains with anabolics if you're just starting out or have trained for a while. So...why don't you make the most out of your beginner gains? I think anyone would take beginner gains over steroid induced gains....they're awesome and have no sides. That's my 10 cents...

Roids are a good way to really mess up your body, especially right at the beginning. My advice is to stay off that crap, make the most of your beginner gains (aka Ross) and then if you are still determined to screw yourself up go ahead with the roids. :lame:
