newb bs
hey guys, i am new to this site but i have been in the gym on and off for the past 6 years, so i know a little bit about whats goin on.
i am kinda confused on what i can ask without getting the red flag on here, so i will start off with this. i think i have found a reliable source, but i am still kinda sketchy about it. i am thinking about going on a decent bulking cycle. i am about 6'2 330 lbs. when i was working out before it seemed like i hit a flat spot after a while, and i know my diet was good my intake of protein was atleast 360g a day, while working out 5-6 days a week. so i was thinking of doing something a little like this: WEEKS 1- 6: Danabol 30mg Every Day WEEKS 1- 8: Deca Durabolin 400mg Per Week WEEKS 1- 8: Sustanon 750mg Per Week WEEKS 1-10: Anastrozol 0.25mg Every Day WEEKS 1-10: HCG 300-500iu Every 4-5 Days WEEK 11 : 40mg Nolva/100mg Clomid Every Day WEEK 12 : 30mg Nolva/ 50mg Clomid Every Day WEEK 13: 20mg Nolva/ 50mg Clomid Every Day any suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated. |
ok so i have been thinking, and for my first cycle this time around, i was thinking maybe just something a little simpler like deca/dbol. any input is greatly appreciated

Imo and most others it is very important to have your body fat under 15% before starting any cycle. Pct for a test cycle should last 4 weeks not three. Post up your training routine. If you're getting stuck, then there is a problem. You would be better off getting your training down over going on cycle. You'd still probably progress on gear just because, but you wouldn't be making optimal gains. How long have you been training consistently this time around? I know you said 6 years off and on, but how long during this block?

i have been away for quite some time now. i was just trying to get everything figured out ahead of time. as for my training routine, i usually do arms one day chest the next and so on, i start each day with about 40 minutes on the bike for cardio.
for the most part, i focus on my upper body. my legs are pretty good. i know most people will bash me for that, but thats how i like to do it. thanks alot for the help guys, i really appreciate it. |
