I was toying with the idea of using 1 steroid cycle to jumpstart my fat loss and mass gain. Not sure if it's even a good idea or not, but you guys tell me.
I've been on my current program for 4 weeks now and am showing steady results through my diet and weight training. I was thinking of maybe a 4 week cycle to kick it up a notch and better my strength as well as quicken my fat loss results to get to my goal faster. Here are my stats:
free weight lifting program 2 days on 1 day off.
Cardio about 4 times a week
Goal: Get below 12% body fat while gaining lean muscle and strength. Don't necessarily want to loss weight, but could be happy dropping 10 lbs or so if it was fat.
My questions are these:
Would this be a good idea for what I'm trying to accomplish?
About the steroids themselves:
What would be a good one to start with?
What is the easiest to get a hold of?
What would I have to "stack" it with for limited side effects and why?
Would side effects even be an issue with only using for 4 weeks?
Does anyone else do anything similar to this for these kind of goals and how is/did it work out for ya?

from what ive heard and what my view on it is..only use steriods if its absolutly nessary u just want to speed up your results it not like youve reached a platue where your absolutly sure that u cant concure it without the use of them. youve been working out for 4 weeks!? give workout at least a year or two before u jump into something like that espically since your a newbie to everything

But, I used to be a profesional athlete, so I have worked out off and on for years. Last stint was about a year ago for about 4 months then got off it again. Now, I've made it a priority to improve my body to the max. So, I should have said I have been on another program for about 4 weeks and not just starting from scratch. I'm ok when it comes to suppliments, but was always curious about anabolics and was finally thinking of giving it a try. (now that I don't have to worry about drug tests :D ) Anyways...there's a little more back ground if it helps.
oh you were a proffessional athlete well that changes it then lol. to be honest with u though i would still only use steriods when they are absolutly nessary, ive never used them but from what i hear its no duck walk (as in its not easy to do) you have to work harder, know what your doing, know what your takin, know what u have to stack with it, you dont sleep well, you eat alot. things like that. i just recommend one thing do alot of research...tons of it and make sure your sources know what they are talking about and they are experienced its your body not like a car where it can be replaced know whats going in ask alot of questions

I've been spending some hours researching and have found an interesting cycle. Seems to be a popular cutting cycle.
Seems to have everything I'm looking for. Lean mass but not "too much" mass, lots of fat burn with minimul side effects.
Now...where I'm still foggy is the antiestrogen stacks. Would stacking,
be enough to block any gyno that may occur? Again, I'm only looking to cycle for about 4-6 weeks. Also, what about after the cycle....getting my body back to normal. Is that what things like Clomid are for?
I still have A LOT of research to do. I need to get more confortable with the Anti"gyno" stacks and dosages(of all). I want to be able to map out a COMPLETE program on a calander as far as what to take, how much and when. When, and ONLY when, I'm confortable with a complete plan, will I even consider thinking about where to get the gear.
Another thing....I want to stay away from injectables (if possible) I understand that this can be hard on the kidneys. But, there are a few different oils I can take to help the Kidneys function easier through the cycle. This is another thing I have to research. I don't want to mess up my innards. Is pill form ,for such a short term cycle, really that bad of an idea?

Sounds to me like you just need to tweak your diet a little.
Hmmnn...well let me put it to you as Fpot66(a good bro on this board and at BN) would if you're not ready for injectables then you're not ready for AAS!
But let's say in your mind you are dead set on not using any injectables and you want to use orals. Well as far as the safest oral (but also the priciest) is Anavar. But no matter what it's still a 17AA drug which may be very tough on your liver in the long run.
Are you really dead set on not using any injectables?
And as far as my diet is concerned. I did a ton of research on that as well and am pretty sure I have that wired. I feel better than I have in a long time. The fat is burning, the muscles are growing, I'm hardly ever hungry but yet hardly ever full. I'm thinking that in a few weeks I'll be ready for some "fine tuning". Hence the thought of taking the AAS route for a short stint.
Anyways, back to my research. Let me know what your thoughts are on the stack I mentioned above. Thanks again for all the input.
If you want to do some clen on a 2 on/ 2 off rotation then go ahead, jsut be aware of proper dosing protocols and managing the "shakes".
