im just telling you what all the sites said.... just happen to come across something that said it then looked it up on googl to see if it was true and it written everywhere... so yeh i thought it was true

there's less caffeine in a red bull than a regular sized small coffee.it's a mind thing.taken on an empty stomach,sure you'll feel it but on a regular day a plain old D$D will smash it to pieces.

Well the caffeine is supplemented in there so you can "feel" their merchandise employed and in many of situations these businesses would still put caffeine in there even if it had contradictory consequences on creatine absorption.
