but guys, i have to say something: i honeslty dont think the OP will not take the steroids because of what uve said...he's got 1+ year of training and i think he thinks he knows more than u guys...

but i honestly hope he doesnt start them...i dunno enuf about steroids but i trust hrdgain's opinion on this and if he says no then no it is...

Train for a couple of years, then once you reach a platue then you can use anabolics, as of now I'm pretty positive just from the content of your post that you don't know what your talking about and your realitively new to this sport

I'm not going to tell you what to do, because we all know…. you are going to do what you want anyways.

BUT as an inexperience weight lifter, you must realize or at least, I hope you realize that you do possess”unique challenges”…….without a solid base, the weaker smaller muscles, such as the extensor and the flexor, have that much more of a chance of getting hurt. And let’s not forget about those tendons and ligaments.

Why??? The strength increase.

Do you have any idea how much you would gain during a 12 week cycle??

See how you could easily get hurt?

And Bro….this is just one way……one reason.

Can it be done?? Done safely??

Sure.

Does it require being even smarter….learning even more in a shorter time??

You bet.

BUT it can be done very safely ;)
