Thoughts and advice for my 1rst run
 

Week
1-12= 500 mgs / week test cyp
1-4= 20mgs / day D-bol
1-4= 1mg / day liquid armidex
5-12= 0.5 mgs / day liquid armidex

13 OFF - POST CYCLE THERAPY (PCT) WEEK 14-18

14-15= 0.25 mgs / day liquid armidex
16-17= 0.25 mgs / EOD liquid armidex

14= 200 mgs / day of Clomid
15= 100 mgs/ day Clomid
16= 50 mgs / day Clomid
17= 25 mgs / day Clomid
18= 25 mgs/ day Clomid


I am a lil confused I read that I should be using HCG during the routine to make PCT faster and more successful here is a PCT I pulled from a forum somewhere

• HCG Every 4 days 250iu from weeks 3-12

Week Nolvadex HCG Aromasin

1 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20mgs/day
2 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20mgs/day
3 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20mgs/day
4 20mgs/day 20mgs/day
5 20mgs/day
6 20mgs/day

* And a 1,000iu's of Vitamin E for 3 weeks ED

I want to go from 200lbs. to 215 to 220 Solid I hope this is the routine that can assist me to my goal If you have expirenced advice on what to take and add to this cycle please go ahead and help me out, I will be trying to acquire these the best I can I plan on starting this cycle in the next 40 days.

Why are you running the armidex during the cycle?? your pct should just be a standard one using nolva and clomid for four weeks, two 18 days after your last shot. Are you splitting the test??

I was informed a PCT as mentioned abouve would be overkill, remeber I am a newbie and all my info will come from expierenced guys and interenet write ups, I consider myself a well educated person so I will research and accept tips/advice up until the day I go at my first run.
I would be adding either sust or dec to tha mix and the PCT will be as you stated either nolv or clomi for the 2-3 weeks after.

does anyone recomend using the HCG during the cycle? i dont know much about it, I am hearing about it for the first time in my research for my perfect cycle.

since this is my first I expect to make my biggest and best gains from it.

If this is your first cycle then you need to run a long ester test, deca should not be used until your third or fourth cycle. Stick with one compound, this way if you suffer any unwanted sides you will know whats causing it....

So are you thinking test cycp is a great way to go? is it better than test E? i know the diff. is half life.

Hahaha, test e and test c are almost identical lol, there both long esters so either would be very good for your first cycle...
