Right now just waiting for my labs to come back. If everything's okay then a Test Prop/Tren Ace/Winny cycle it is.

I'm currently off cycle, in the summer I'm planning for an 8 week M4OHN/1,4AD stack, I don't juice... yet.

This is my last week of PCT from a four-week SD/4Derm/MDHT (PreWO only) cycle.

PCT is going phenomenally well. I've been going through 6OXO, Vitrex and Oratropin-1. I had virtually no shutdown from the cycle, just from the emperical observation of no raisins. Strength is still way up and is still gaining. The pump is still full, not as full as on cycle, but fulfilling enough.

I'll be starting another round of the above cycle but with a tighter CKD and at least 5 days a week of solid cardio. I hope to be in single digit bodyfat levels by summer. From my results of OT-1, I hope to be able to run it as an essential part of my PCT, along with Rebound XT and maybe LeanXtreme.

Good to be here, Snachito. Hey, bra, I might be getting a mat down in my basement this week so I can start training at home. But I'm wondering if you could recommend any good no-gi submission tapes or DVDs? I'm going to be training with guys that come from freestyle wrestling and they won't be wearing gis. I was kind of thinking Mario Sperry's Vale Tudo set.

Reporter 5 days of cardio is a bit much IMO..What type will it be ie:HIIT,fasted state etc...

Dave, since the debate still rages as far as steady state versus HIIT, I think I'll be doing both. I plan to do the HIIT after weights, and steady state on my days off.

I'll do the 16-20 minute HIIT Max-OT style after weight training. I'll do the stairs on chest and triceps day because the push muscles are so tweaked that holding the railings become useless. I'll up the intensity by sometimes doing shoulder circles on sprints. Sometimes I'll do the Lifecycle after legs to get a finishing pump.

On days off, I'll probably do the treadmill or stairs at around 120 bpm.

But thanks, I'm very cautious of dipping into the overtraining state. As
Mike Mentzer said, "Overtraining is the worst training mistake you can make."

Mario's tapes are excellent! You won't be disappointed. Another good one believe it or not is Eric Paulson's tapes. These are the top ones IMHO. Just remember these wrestlers are going to be using alot of strength, so if you got your technique down, these guys are in for some hurt! Good luck Reporter!

SD means shit Derivatives, he is using some cattle hormone excreted from the manure. Are you going to write a cycle log doggy? Or you just going to stick ur tail in between ur rear legs and try to run the cycle?

No, I am not running a posted log anywhere. I have already ran a cycle of it before and know what to expect. Besides, there are plenty posted for people to get info already. You planning on running a log anywhere?

Doing a cutter and for the past 6 weeks was just doing M4ohn, now have switched to SD at 30mg a day. Just starting 2nd week.

uumm, thanks.. I guess that is a compliment. :D

IMO, the only problem I have about writing a log is it's pretty much a given that anyone who follows a good diet, trains hard, and adding on top of that a proven supplement, the results are going to be obvisiously positive. The other thing is that I don't do like some of these people and run massive doses of complex stacks to try and gain 50 lbs on one cycle. I would rather keep it simple and follow with what works from the basics. It is really easy for me to gain size but cutting up is the hard part. When I get to a serious cutting cycle then I will post that for direct input for strict diet tips from everyone otherwise doing a mild bulker doesn't really help people too much.

How long are you going to run it for? Let me know if you had super good results compared to M1T. I am not the one that runs complex stacks either, I had good results with 10 mg M1T alone. Just englighten me after ur cycle. I am going to be running a cycle of SD in the near future and I am debating on weather to run 30mg per day for 30 days or 25 for 40 days. I only bought 2 gram of the powder, I want to be able to do at least two cycles with that.

I will probably just run it for 6 weeks until the middle of May. That is how long I ran it for last time at 20mgs and actually had great results. I didn't gain anything like what M1T would do, but the pumps and size I did get was very noticeable. I am starting my second week and have already jumped up 6 pounds, but I am also eating a bit more. If I do anything to get huge gains, then I grow out of my clothes to quick and that shit gets expensive after a while. LOL The lean gains I got from the last run was awesome and so with summer coming I am trying to keep the fat buildup to a minimum.

I know you will like it since your already experienced with M1T. Either one of those cycles ideas you have is good. I personally like going a bit longer than the normal 4 weeks. That is depending on what you are taking and as long as you know what to watch for if sides start to appear.

use a kit... its a very easy process. if you've got powder instead of pellets its even easier

currently cutting up doing the UD2.0 with 20mg ox first thing in the AM and a touch of 'slin on the carb up... only about 1.5wks in and results are looking promising thus far.
