I will start adding more protein to my shakes now as well. Throw some more peanut butter in as well, or bananas? Lol, I still want to surprise some guys I graduated with back at home when I come home for summer, I was the smallest of my friends, but I have already caught up to alot of them.
You're off by like 50-150grams (using my and 0311's ranges)...You need to be eating tables...not handfuls of nuts, some peanut butter and a banana. Eating and sticking to my diet is harder than my training. Shoving 5000cals down your throat each day takes a conscious effort. BTW increasing cardio means increasing your intake to account for burnt calories used during cardio

Something as simple as eating exclusively low GI carbs throughout the day (except postworkout) and having a carb cuttoff a few hours before bed will keep a lot of "chub" off. That being said, if you don't eat, you don't grow. Period. If you're worried about gaining a little "chub", then don't concern yourself with gaining lean mass. It's a necessary evil. If you've ever seen bodybuilders in the off season you'll know how fat they get packing in the cals. Backing off in your diet, especially while taking in a mere 1800 cals, will have you gaining at a snail's pace.

It would better serve you to at least double your calories, and keep an eye on the scale and check your bodyfat. Decide what's an acceptable range of bodyfat to hit. Once you reach that point, due to your eating, your metabolism will be very high. So when you start restricting cals, dropping a meal or two, and work in a little extra cardio on your off days, the fat will come off fairly quickly. Remember, fat loss is fast, muscle gain is slow.

Ok I get what you are all saying, I know I should eat more to gain size, but what would be my best bet besides what I have listed to eat each time? Oh yeah, I also work at Jets Pizza but try not to eat it too much since they just give us normal pepperoni pizza. Is there something there I can eat? Is there something I can do or use to cut more fat while getting bigger though?

I think that there are enough legal supps on the market and If you just want to gain a few pounds you should stick with that for now. Whats to say that just cause you stayed with it for a few months that your not just gonna fall off track again. I would recoment testosterone consistency. And remember Rome wasnt built in a day brotha
