What steroid to look into or take

Hi guys. I've been around here for a while, but I don't post often because I don't know much. I'm a 23 year old male who's been training for 2 years straight, and a total of about 4.

I'm 5'11 and weigh around 230lbs. In the 2 years since I started training hard, my shoulders/arms/chest/lats have become wider, but nothing significant. All in all, my weight hasn't dropped but I have seen some very slight gains. I took Clen for about 2 weeks that didn't do much if anything. Now i'm using Ephedrine and i'm almost done with that, i've lost about 5lbs in 2 weeks.

I was thinking about taking up some Dianabol tablets (maybe 50 tablets all up), for a bit of a kick start. One guy from my gym said "Dianabol is no good, use Stanna". Another guy from my gym says "Look at me, I used Stanna - stick to Dianabol" and he now has a gut like an 8-month pregnant woman but the rest of him is thick.

I have a decent gut as it is but the rest of me looks great. I'm hitting the cardio for at least 20 minutes a day on the days I train at the gym, and on my days off i'm playing Basketball. What would you recommend?

I don't mind the acne on my back if it was to eventually go away. However I don't want to really fuck around with my balls. Essentially, I would like to put on some size, but also rip up. I don't want to end up looking like a bowling ball.

I've also heard people say "when you get off roids, you lose it + plus you had". Is that the case when you stop using steroids, or when you stop doing weights?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I really need some insight, and you guys know a lot about it

Why don't you get your diet and training down before you start a cycle. If you don't then the cycle will be a waste and you'll end up having a bunch of bad side effects for no reason. Your natural gains will be good if you get a good routine together, train your entire body, follow a linear progression, and learn how to eat. You're still a beginner if you don't have your diet and training down. Steroids are about the worse thing you could do right now. There is no quick fix or pill you can take that's going to make you big.

Check out the journals on this site. For the most part, this is a natural group and everyone has been having great gains. No reason why you can't also if you get your stuff together.

Well every morning I have wheat-bix with Milk (cereal), for lunch I have 2 rolls with ham/cheese/salad, for dinner I have whatever mama makes. I try to keep away from the rice and bread - it's usually steak/chicken etc.

I train Chest on Monday (flat bench 4x10-12, inclined bench 3x10-12 with superset inclined flies, Cable Crossovers 3x12).

Arms on Tuesday (Preacher curls 3x10-12, inclined dumbell curls 3x10-12, concentration curls 4x10-12 superset with forearm twists... Cable Tricep Pushdown 3x10-12, Tricep rope 3x10-12, Skullcrushers 3x10-12 superset with dips 4xmax)

Wednesday - Basketball

Back on Thursday (Deadlifts 4x10-12, seated cable row 3x10-12, lat pulldown 3x10-12 wide, 3x10-12 close, T-Bar Row 3x10-12 1xmax)

Shoulders on Friday (Military Press 3x10-12, Dumbell Press 3x12, cable twists 3xmax, straight-bar pullup's 3x10-12, shrugs 3x10-12 1xmax)

Light chest/arms/shoulders pump on Saturday

Sunday - Off

This is incorporated with about 3 days of 30minutes cardio.
I do take protein after I train - it's no carbs isolate and I have it with water.

What do you think? Like I said earlier, any help.

Ross86 07-07-2008 06:33 AM

First off, you have hardly any protein in your diet. Read the "How to bulk" sticky in the nutrition forum.

You don't need an arm day. You're over training arms. Wow, I just realized you're not doing legs. No wonder you're not growing. Your entire workout is no good IMO.

stawka 07-07-2008 06:38 AM

SHIT I forgot to add the legs part on Saturday. It's 12:30am here i'm really tired lol.

Aside from the light workout on Saturday, I also do 3x10-12 squats, 3x10-12 leg extension and 3x21's calf-raisers.

And about the protein thing, I have no idea about this stuff. I just eat, work, train and that's it. I really don't take into account what I should eat etc. - which is a probable cause of not growing as much. OK i'm getting depressed!

your routine and diet are shit. you need to work on both of them (like Ross said). steroids are not a magic pill. if you dont have everything else down correct steroids will do you no good.

Steroids are not the solution, given your knowledge it wont do jack. Stop going by people OPINION in the gym, do your own research and form your own conclusion.

Read the stickies on training and diet.

I always think its best to fix your training first then a good diet will follow.

what they said.......good diet and non shitty routine will do wonders....

stawka 07-07-2008 05:56 PM

OK you're telling me to do my research - which is why i'm here and not on something.

Everyone's training and diet are different to suit different bodies. How would it help me to look at people's diet's and training routines if they all have different bodies and needs/wants than me.

I don't know exactly where to go on the site to find the certain things etc.

Pitysister 07-07-2008 06:07 PM

in each subforum on this forum...you will find threads at the top that are permanently stuck there....read at least all of them in the training forum, nutrition forum, and fatloss forum.

and then read them again.

and then read them again :)

they contain loads of information....and the reason they are there is so we don't have to regurgitate it all the time when a new member joins :)
