Default A different way to have tuna.

2 cans of tuna drained.

4 egg whites boiled diced.

1.5 tablespoon low fat mayo

Pinch of pepper

A bit of hot sauce I like that rooster hot sauce Sarocha

Mix all of the ingredients up and let it sit in the fridge for about half an hour.

Get a bagel or bread I use wheat bagel and toast it up and make a sandwich out of it. And I eat about two of these a day, good for a carb load. It'll make about 4 sandwiches, so tasty.

Making a salad out of this is great as well. Not all that fattening, and extremely tasty.

Sounds awesome, but the only part I dont like is the low fat mayo ... they take out the fat and add in shitty carbs.

Well sounded interesting enough for me to go buy some tuna and saracho chili.

I liked it, my kid had a sandwich. I made mine with the eziekial bread.
I like the little kick from the chili sauce.

also looked at my low fat mayo and the carbs were 2g per table spoon. 1g from sugar. (kraft brand)

Oh, you mean Sriracha chilli sauce, like the kind they have at Chinese restaurants? Good stuff. As far as the mayo, I replace it altogether with plain, unsweetened yogurt. I spread some over my sandwiches, and it may go well with tuna. In Indian cuisine, it's used to make a certain type of dipping sauce, which is very good. See we're not crazy for putting yogurt in our sandwiches

Yeah, the Sarocha sauce is really tasty I call it rooster because of the rooster lol. I eat so much tuna it got boring so I just mixed it up a bit, every little bits of apples or celery gives it a good crisp. I'm glad you guys are enjoying it.
