HAHAH

Yeah NUKE them! I love it!

I have actually tried the microwaved version of scrambled eggs. They tend to have a raw smell into them, which they kind of loose when you fry them up. I have seen Big Apple Baggels use their NUKE Machine (Microwave ) when they do eggs.

The thing is that I have to put my ass in gear and put some more attention to my breakfast. I live in a conference center, it's part of the campus but not a residence life. The deal is that I am almost done so I could not sign a lease, so.

Looks great, but one thing, I hate tuna, my room is small and it stinks every time I eat tunna. I am moving to chicked and mozarrela all the way. I am going to get some cottege cheese for sure too, some peaces, hmm yes.

Thanks guys!

Hopefully you don't mean for him to get regular peanut butter. Make sure you get the all NATURAL kind. Regular peanut butter is something like 40% peanuts and the rest hydrogenated oils = bad fat. Regular peanut butter is god damn awful for you.

It will take a while to get used to natural peanut butter because the oil and solids seperate so you have to stir it unless you keep it refridgerated. Still, go light on it and only use it for a snack every now and then unless you are trying to bulk up, cause it is loaded with calories. I can't even touch regular peanut butter anymore, its tastes awful to me compared to the real thing.

For me anyway its much easier to stir when its warm. I started all natural after my mom wanted to go all natural food. Like now that jiff stuff or w/e is gross.

oh yea sorry lol buy only natural peanut butter...ive been so used to the whole nature thing i just consider it regular my dad found out about partically hydrogenated oils so theres like 1 food product in my house that has it, its become one of the reasons weather he buys something or doesnt. i find that in most cases its been good for me for instance these wraps that he buys from costco (i use them with most of my meals, as bread or to replace sandwhich bread) they contain 10 grams of protien in each serving, im sure a piece of white bread is no where near that

Lived on a microwave and george foeman for 3 years easy to do.
A good breakfast and I mean good takes 2 minutes to make
Bowl of oatmeal not the instant type cook in microwave for two minutes add a big tablespsoon peanut butter I use natural to stay away from the paritally hydro fat. Spoon of honey, Banana nuts almonds etc, you can add what you want two scoops protein and there you have it about 900 to 1000 calories packed with protein fiber good carbs to help make you grow. I own a sports supplements site and sell wholesale on the net not that it makes me a expert on the subject.

Yeah, I just spent like 100% bucks today. I stopped at Wallmart and got those wheet wraps. They say they have 14 grams of protein. I also bought some wheet noodles. They are great too. I also love the natural wheet noodles you get from Pick N' Save
