| Man, I am goig to hit up all these recipe threads this weekend. My regs/favs. Eggs Rule, for a quick PF, scramble up your eggs withh your favorite oil. walnut, peanut, EEVOO, Udos, flax. Eggs ala leftovers. Scramble up 10 eggs. Set the heat on a 12" pat to High. let the pan heat up. Drop some oil of nocal non stick spray in there, let it smoke some. Drop anything in your fridge in the pan, meatloaf, burger peices, veggies, pizza, rice, anything (withthe exception of sweets). Let whatever you dropped in the pan sizzle for 20 sec while stirring/flipping. toss in the beaten eggs, and continue to fold/scramble eggs in pan for about 1 min, then reduce heat to low to finish the cooking. The eggs will be a medium softness, not hard, and not to soft. Egg drop. staple in college, get some noodles, or ramen. cook noodles ad directed, use only half the sauce/seasoning packet (its just salt anyway). Crack an egg, and drop it in soup and mix. The egg will coagulate, cover the noodles, and be one hell of a hearty meal. Quick egg mcgriddle. Use a crab butter dish, or any dish small and size of bagel/bread. drop an edd in the dish and put it in the microwav for 1 in 10 sec. perfecto. Toss it on some bread, but ketchup on it. Trust me. Ill be back with more. |

| I like to make an omellette using 3eggwhites, 1 whole egg, mix together .I chop up buffalo steak into 1/2 " slices to replace ham. U can use wild boar to if u like. whne it's almost done I put a salsa over top. The buffola or wild boar as 99% of wild meats are organic and contain only about .7 gms of fat per 1 oz. The whole omellete is mostly protein, Tastes great .try it. tanx , larryjoe |
