Hi all,im new to this board nice to be here this is a great reciepe and takes only a few minutes to make:
ingredients:2-cups of oatmeal
2-scoops of whey protein
1/2 cup of chocolate chips or raisins(for a lower fat
reciepe)
4-egg whites
pam spray
mix everything in a bowl spray pam while stiring the ingredients, preheat the oven to 350 degrees make 4-chunks place on a baking pan and bake for 15-min.
each 2-chunks have 35-28 grams of protein,50 grams of carbs and 8-9 grams of fat(3-4grams if using the raisins instead of the chocolate chips)-ENJOY!

welcome and thanks!!

TALO's Sig:"But when do you actually grow? Well, we don't grow in the gym. In the gym, we destroy. We tear down the body. We only grow when we are recovering. That's right, I said recovery. I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"

Mine are pretty much the same, just without the chocolate, with some ground flaxseed, about 2 tbsps of peanut butter, and some water to help everything mix well. I need to add some whites, though...hmmm.
